Absolutely perfect location, simple and clean, full kitchen access (bring your own spices and ingredients), complimentary coffee and tea, customized local playlist (QR code), white noise machine, and extremely comfortable bed. Fan was a bit loud, so the white noise machine was nice to overlap that. Other guests may like more areas for storage and organization (only had 1 dining table, and 1 bench). Great value for location and comfort!

thoroughly enjoyed staying in your property. it was very secure, quiet and private 1 bedroom condo in the heart of downtown. enjoyed watching the sunset from my condo. it was very clean fully stocked except food of course. Virtual check in was simple and courteous. I extended my stay and would definitely stay again!

Great apartment in a super location. Had everything I needed and good communication. Only issue was that as a solo traveler it was difficult to find parking to unload as there is not a dedicated spot. Plus, the recommended parking garage was full, so that made things more complex.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend as we came into town for an event. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was only about a 10-15 minute walk. The weather was absolutely perfect for it as well. The check in process was SUPER easy and we had no issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The room had a washer & dryer and full kitchen set up, which was really nice although we did not use them. There were plenty of towels and what not, and some toiletries provided. I recommend parking at the State Street parking garage which is only about a block away. The first night we used the Bull Street garage but they close from 1am-7am and it was a little more expensive. You can park on the street but we weren’t able to find open spots. But we were really happy with the accommodations and our stay here and I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything!

We recently booked a two-night stay at the Kasa Altmayer Hotel in Savannah, GA, for mid-October, and I wanted to share our experience! When we arrived, we were delighted to see our room—it was so nice, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished! It truly had everything we could ask for. Unfortunately, we faced some unexpected technical issues that meant we couldn’t use our room. We had to rebook at a different Hotel at the last minute, which was a bit of a bummer since it ended up costing us double the price. I want to give a huge shoutout to our contact person, Jay Ann. She was incredibly understanding and worked diligently to find the best solution for us. I’d also like to recognize the management at Kasa Altmayer. They were super helpful and efficient throughout the whole situation, which made things much easier for us. I’m happy to report that the amount we had already paid for the room was refunded without any hassle! We’re looking forward to spending a few more days in Savannah soon, and we’ll definitely be booking at the Kasa Altmayer Hotel again next time. Thank you for everything!

Sometimes too good to be true, actually is just that! I found no reason to say anything but great things about my stay here with my daughter! The parking is the only negative, but there is a lot less than a block away and we got street parking several days! Love the location and this felt like a home away from home. Safe spot, kid friendly, and cooking at our room saved us some dough! Keep up the good work!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of fresh linens and towels, and we were centrally located in downtown Savannah. The host checked in frequently. Upon arrival, I had trouble getting the code to work to get into the building and was able to promptly get someone on the phone. Exceptional property. Exceptional stay. (Stacy Stanton)

Perfection from start to finish. During the reservation process and throughout the stay, Kasa was in contact. Either through text messages or by phone (a real human calling). I've stayed in every location and districts of Savannah, this area of Bull and Broughton has been the best. I could step out of the front door to the right and have all the excitement of what the city provides, or to the left for the lush greenery of the historic squares and streets. I'm a walker, I must admit, but this location of 100 Bull Street makes it possible to foot it to River Street, City Market, the Starland District, and Forsyth Park. My room, 401 was even better than the photographs. 401 had a full kitchen, which was stocked, but I used only the fridge. There are literally restaurants within steps, in all directions to try, which is why I didn't use the kitchen. The bathroom was nice with a huge shower and plenty of toiletries and towels. The bed is positioned by the window which has a view the squares and a handful of beautiful church steeples. I've decided this has been my best stay in Savannah. If I were to change anything about room 401, I'd upgrade to a king bed and add a comfortable sofa. The queen was extremely comfortable, but I prefer a larger bed. Don't hesitate to book with Kasa Savannah!
